G2UP is a nationwide Electric Top-Up Server for all operators. After successfully registering your phone number and receiving your agent ID, the next step is to top up your balance for affordable top-ups. Once registered on our server, you can immediately check your balance, view product prices, and even register as many downlines as you want.

However, since your balance is currently empty (zero), you need to top up your balance first to be able to make transactions for selling top-ups and accessing all our products. There are two ways to top up your deposit balance on our server:

1. If you live near our location, you can make a cash deposit directly at our office.

2. If you live far from our location, you can deposit via bank transfer.

   Deposit via Bank Transfer
   Deposits via bank transfer can be made through bank tellers, ATMs, mobile banking, SMS banking, or internet banking. The minimum initial deposit is IDR 50,000.

   Before transferring, you must obtain a TICKET number. Here’s how:
   Format: TIKET.NOMINAL.PIN
   Example: TIKET.500000.1234
   Send this to one of the transaction center numbers via WA, TELEGRAM, JABBER, or GTALK that has been connected.

   After receiving a reply/SMS from the server, proceed to transfer the exact amount stated in the SMS reply. The balance will be processed automatically unless there is an issue or error with internet banking.

How to File a Complaint if Balance Is Not Credited
If your balance is not credited within 15 minutes, immediately file a complaint through the SMS Center via:

Deposit Service Hours
Deposits are open and processed from 08:00 – 21:00 WIB. If you transfer outside these hours, your deposit will be processed once the service reopens.
For example, if you transfer at 21:30 WIB, your deposit will be credited the following day.

Notes:

1. Deposits via Virtual Accounts, Kaspro, Ovo, Alfamart, and Alfamidi can be made through the application.
2. The deposit amount and bank account must match the details in the ticket reply.
